Solve a problem

A warm greeting to all of Dorico’s friends. Attached I show you a joke that I can’t solve in any way. I would like to know if you think it can be solved or if I should give up.

What are you trying to solve, exactly? Do you just want to reproduce this?
If so, it’s possible!

I can’t enter this value, because then the total bill doesn’t come back.

Is your Time Signature 5/8+5/4 or something equivalent?

That’s what I chose and I entered the double whole as 16:15e tuplet.

You have 15 eighths in the bar, and the double-whole is 16 eighths. So a 16:15e tuplet will work

Thank you, do you mean this?

Ah OK, I entered it in another voice, that’s why. If your 3 bass notes (C-F-C) are in the same voice, then enter the double-whole as a 16:7e tuplet (and then two normal half notes without tuplet)

[Num - corresponds to Exit Tuplet Entry in my shortucts]

I thank you and I apologise, but I have a croma left over. Maybe it’s because the song doesn’t have an initial rhythmic metre?

Hmm, it looks like you’ve removed a last rest in the top staff as well?

What is your Time Signature?

Ah, you mean it’s an open Time Signature?

If so you can select this eighth rest, Shift+B, type -1e in the popover, and Enter.

If it were up here, because there is none. I’ll send you the attachment if I don’t bother you too much.
