Hello again. I have a rather nasty problem. Often when I am in the beginning stages of a new project I unfortunately leave some parts of my work behind as a backup copy in about 200 measures so if I mess up I can copy the needed part to the main part of the project. I delete the extra not anymore needed parts when I think I do not need them anymore. Now this time when I was doing the finishing touches to my tune I removed the backup clips, I guess I failed to find all the clips because the mixdown wave file was over six minutes long and my tune was supposed to be only about three minutes long. There was no music data after my music. There was only a long flat tail. I managed to share the wave file to Microsoft’s drive service after which I copied the file back to my phone and trimmed the long tail off my music. Is there any easy way to find the clips which are not supposed to be there after the musical data. Or is it possible that there is another explanation to the long tail after the music data. Thank you in advance
Hi @anttifey7
Thanks for your message.
I suggest to follow these steps to create a mixdown:
- Set the L/R locator in your project matching the exact project length.
- Go to “Media/Mixdown”.
- Tap “Create Mixdown” and choose the desired format.
- Make sure “Mixdown between locators” is enabled, and “Include effect tail” is disabled.
Hope that helps!
Best,
Lars
