Hey all. I’ve sent a request to support but posting here as well in case someone knows of a solution. I recently purchased Absolute Collection 2 and downloaded the Sternberg Download Assistant. However when I launch the assistant I get an error message stating it cannot connect to the download server. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the assistant, and restarting the computer but nothing has worked.
Running an iMac i5, OS X 10.11.4, 16 GB RAM.
I am experiencing the same issue with the same package, have you received support yet, I am still waiting. I tried firstly, updating my license center, checking my firewall, re-installing the downloader, all to no avail. Twenty-four hours now, only automated response. My money was taken immediately, but no VST.
No, unfortunately I am still waiting for assistance to resolve this issue.
Miraculously, everything is now working! Looks like the download servers are back up.
