[SOLVED] Can't find my Cubase Elements 8 in "My products"?

Hello,

I had a license of Cubase LE 8 and upgraded it to Cubase Elements 8 later.

However, now I find nothing about Cubase Elements 8 on the page of “My products” (so I have no available complete installer download now).

SOLVED: Just open “My products” > “Register eLicenser / software & Enter Download Access Code”, input the Activation Code in the Order Confirmation email, continue, and everything is OK.

Had this as well, customer support ironed it out for me. Works well with patience, it took 8 weeks :sunglasses:
