[Solved] Changing arco to pizz sound right only after be played

Hello,

It’s not a bug, but I noticed that if I change, for example, a cello from arco to pizz,
it will not sound as pizzicato until I play it (space bar or p)

Same things happen when I go back to arco, for example,
the new note I add with arco with playing technique (bar 5)
will sound arco as I press the space bar.

That’s correct, at least for now: Dorico doesn’t update its knowledge about where playing technique regions change for the purposes of playback until you actually trigger playback. In the future we hope to carry out these calculations in the background, but that’s not currently how things work.
