Is Dorico able to place the clef change after the set of grace notes, as shown in the original image? Dorico places the clef change by default before these notes, as seen in images 2 and 3.

If you select the grace notes, is there an option to move them ? — never crossed your problem before, but I recall an option “grace notes before bar”, there could be an equivalent “grace note before clef change”…
Yes, an option like that should solve the problem without having to manually adjust note—or clef—position.
Select the clef>right-click>Clef Position>After Grace Notes
