[Solved]Cubase Elements 9 unplayable playback(256 buffer!)

Ok, Cubase is giving me hell right now, i cant seem to get it to play normal at 256 buffer with no plugins on and about 4% cpu, it has been rendered useless for me!
Im usually pretty good with figuring these issue out but this one baffles me.

Windows 10 anniv edition
17 cpu 32 gigs ram
MBox 2
Cubase Elements 9

Very Strange, i can play from the sample editor but no from the project view.
Also can play VSTis with no problems but not audio tracks!


Please help

I changed audio interfaces and everything works now…still strange though
