I can click the button “quit cubase” or pulling down from “file” to “quit” or simply “control quit” on the qwerty keyboard.

This will be fixed in C13.0.30. Sorry about this, had just a very limited amount of time to make sure the minimize feature would make it for C13.0.20 and couldn’t handle the “X” case. In C13.0.30 the X will quit the application if the hub is the only window left, or simply close the window otherwise.
