The problem came from Avast. Solution: create an exclusion in Avast.

Good afternoon,
Cubase pro 8.0.30 is installed under Windows 10.
I download the 8.5 version, I enter the activation via eLicencer (accepted).
However I can not install the update : “Cubase_Pro_8.5_Update_Installer_win.exe”
Message: “Windows has no access ; path not found” more or less the translation of the French message.
I try to install it as administrator without success.
The 8.0.30 version (installed before without problem) is installed in C:\Programmes\Steinberg\cubase 8\
NB: Using the menu update from Cubase gives me a link to the 8.0.30 and not to 8.5.
