I’ve joined the forum to seek specific help.
I have an iPad Air, ios10 and have just bought a Focusrite iTrack Dock.
Focusrite claim that Cubasis LE is one of four apps that work with the Dock.
Steinberg do not have the iTrack Dock in their list of compatible devices though.
Cubasis LE is the compact version of Cubasis.
The app runs in demo mode when being downloaded from the AppStore.
To unlock its dedicated LE feature set, a supported hardware device is required, as seen on the Cubasis LE website.
I’d suppose the iTrack Dock will work fine with Cubasis, as stated by Focusrite.
However the device is not supported to unlock Cubasis LE from demo mode.
Hope that helps.
Thank you Lars. It seems I misunderstood and the iTrack only works with full Cubasis.
Ah well. Thanks for helping.
Thanks for the update, glad it helped…
In case you haven’t checked this option, please test out Cubasis LE with your Focusrite device in the 30 minute demo mode, to check if you like the app.
Additionally, here is the comparison chart between Cubasis and Cubasis LE: https://www.steinberg.net/en/products/mobile_apps/cubasis/resources.html
