[SOLVED] eLicenser POS Error Message - Cannot Open Cubase

I just the latest update for Cubase Pro 11, via the Download Assistant. First of all, while the DA was loading, my computer (MacBook Pro) automatically restarted, then a message came up saying something similar to “another instance of the Download Assistant is already loaded; this one will now close”.
So I installed the update, tried to open Cubase and got this error message:
eLicenser POS Error Message
File Synsoacc.bundle could not be located in the Application Support folder.

When I clicked on OK, this popped up:
eLicenser POS Error Message
File Synsoacc.bundle does not have the expected interface.

I’ve restarted the computer, hoping that would resolve the issue; it didn’t. I reopened the Download Assistant and the same thing happened: the computer automatically restarted.

Please help me! I’m lost without my Cubase!

Issue resolved. I re-installed Download Assistant, then reinstalled the Cubase update.
