[Solved] File name changes when opened in Dorico 5

I have a file that has an unexpected name change (as shown at the top of the open file).
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

The words “Exhaustive Examinatin (sp) of Puzzle canons in…” is extraneous to the actual name of the file. Where is this extra wording coming from?

Solution (@StevenJones01) directed me to the solution. I edited the flow title associated with the incorrect name and that fixed the issue. The edit consisted of clicking in the flow name field and then validating the name - no other change was made.

Could that be the name of a flow in the file?

No. There is no flow in the file with that name. The flow associated with the screenshot is “Chapter 11: Two Parts in Mixed Values”
