Juste a feed-back that could Help someones who had this issues
I had many times (almost every time when loading a new set of samples) crashes with using Groove agent on Cubase ai10.
I bought a Usb elicenser key and transfered my Ai10 licences.
As soon done, no more crashes ! 
Probably the elicenser software was causing the issues on my computer.
Happy now with the Usb key elicenser.
Since one week no crashes
