SOLVED Guitar harmonic string numbers

I have found an odd occurrence using the new in-stave string numbers on guitar for harmonics.

There is no option for the correct 1st string.
I attach a file so someone can perhaps show me where I’ve gone wrong?

Hi Andy,

What harmonic are you actually after here? Natural harmonics in Dorico are notated at their sounding pitch, so the high A5 notes in the second bar are the harmonics between the 2nd and 3rd frets on the A string (or between the 3rd and 4th frets on the D string).

For the high A on the first string, it would have to be an Artificial Harmonic, yes? What happens if you check that box in the Properties?

I didn’t want the violin-style artificial harmonic.
But I find that if I use the setting as here …

then suddenly I can access more strings - including the 1st!
So the problem is solved.
