I can only load the VST3 version of this instrument, I can see another dll, (C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins\Symphonic Orchestra) but it won’t load. Anyone have any ideas. All 64 bit apps btw.

Edit: Well, I am still not sure how this started working. I re-installed Elements first and then HSO with admin privileges, redid all the paths.
