(SOLVED) IAPs missing in Cubasis 3.7.5

I had to uninstall and reinstall Cubasis 3.7.5 and now my In-App Purchases (Halion Selection Set, Neo FM and FM Classics) are missing.

Please make sure you are logged onto the same App Store or Google Play account used for your purchase and in-app purchases and follow these steps:

  • Launch “Cubasis” and open “In-App Shop”.
  • Tap "Restore purchases.

Thanks, Lars. I tried this earlier and again a few minutes ago. The “Restore Purchases” seems to run and looks as if it is working, but when I go to the instruments, those I am looking for (Halion, etc) are still not listed. This is all while having the App Store open to Cubasis. That’s the source. There is no place to “log in.” I’m on an iPad. Now, after having tried to restore purchases again, for some reason, the Cubasis 3 app is failing to open. I may need to uninstall and reinstall it again.

Well, I uninstalled/reinstalled Cubasis 3 again. Checked the instruments and found the Halion, etc. was not there. So, I opened the shop page again and saw that it showed these were not installed. So, I tapped on Install for each of them, waited for the installation to complete, then I checked the instruments again found they’re all back (like they should have been, to begin with). Problem solved…I hope.

Of course, next to restoring the purchases the manual installation of the instruments content files is required (as it was the case when installing them before).

Glad to read that you’ve managed to reinstall the instruments in-app purchases.
