(SOLVED) In-app Purchases Missing “Resolved”

I understand this topic has been discussed before. After upgrading to Cubasis 3.8, I’m unable to access or restore my in-app purchases. I’ve verified that I’m logged in with the same iCloud/Store account that I used to purchase all the in-app devices, but it’s still not working. Could you please help me with this issue?

The issue is that there’s no restore option available. I’ve purchased all the devices, still have the receipts, and I’m using the same Apple ID. I’ve contacted Apple, but they can’t restore my purchases. It’s frustrating because this problem started after I updated the app to version 3.8. I’ve since updated to version 3.8.1, but the issue persists.

Please double-check that you’re using the exact same Cubasis version in which you purchased the in-app purchases.

  • If you purchased the in-app purchases in Cubasis LE 3, you need to launch/use Cubasis LE 3.
  • If you purchased the in-app purchases in Cubasis 3, you need to launch/use Cubasis 3.

Which version did you use to purchase the IAPs?

I used Cubasis 2 and some in Cubasis 3. Not the LE version. I can send you a screenshot of the purchase history.
