[SOLVED] Lower volume after upgrading to new version

The volume of all audio tracks decreased after I updated cubase 12 pro to 13 pro. Within a project, the volume of a MIDI track and the audio track are the same in the Mixconsol but the audio track has little sound. The volume level seems normal in the Mixconsol but the volume is low through my headphone. Is there any solution?

P.S. The volume is normal after I export the soundtrack. The volume of audio tracks is decreased only when playing in cubase.

Have you checked control room settings for monitoring, if they changed some how?

Thank you for replying me. I figured out the problem. It fixes after I switched the output rounting from “Stereo Out” to either “Left” or “Right”.
