(SOLVED) Major Issues

  1. Can’t record multiple midi channels at once even when all are armed.
  2. Project won’t load all my AUv3 plugins every time
  3. effects will freeze then cease to work
  4. It’ll open my projects in 16000 samples and sound like crap; won’t restart with my last settings stored
  5. Should have the right to make audio have no input. I’m using Bluetooth earbuds that worked fine before this update. Now it has high latency and makes my earbuds go into stay aware mode when I’m in the app.
  6. I can only imagine there’s more, these are only what I’ve encountered within 10minutes of the new update and I gave up

Same here. My Audio-Technica ATH-M50xbt fixed now with 16khz and my airpods 4 anc fixed with 24khz samplingrate. No working with bluetooth audio possible.

It all works perfectly before update.. :confused:

I’ve appeared to troubleshoot that but not sure if it’ll stick. I realized the same 16khz issues arose in my koala app (recently updated too) so I went in and turned microphone & local network off for both koala & Cubasis in setting, and now it seems to be back to 48k samples each time

I have to try koala too. With Korg Gadget, Nanostudio 2, Logic and Beatmaker 3 no problems with bluetooth audio on my headphones..

@iDShaw Hi, i updated koala and tried.

But no problem.. Seems to be only in cubasis 3 with bluetooth audio..

Please try this workaround to see if it helps to resolve the Bluetooth phones issue for the time being:

  1. Go to Setup > Audio.
  2. Tap Input in the Input & Output section.
  3. Select iPhone or iPad microphone (depending on your device).

Started messing around with effects and the 1 & 2 FX Packs glitch out and stop working.

The new amp effects AND internal effects do too

I’m on iPhone 16 and am updated to newest firmware

Yes I have newest update:

I go to adjust parameters on certain effects (most) and it’ll freeze the plugin from working. I have to select another effect and go back to the other one to get it working again. Since writing this I had it occur while using bleass slow machine too, but in this instance the entire plugin disappeared so where it was suppose to be it was all blank and grey.

I noticed the new guitar amps will work sometime but if I come back after leaving the app for a few minute (like take a phone call) the settings will all be blank when I reenter

Hi @iDShaw,

Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce this problem. However, Cubasis 3.8.2 is currently being prepared and will address several user-reported issues (hopefully resolving your problem as well).

If you have exact steps to reproduce the problem, please share them with us.

In addition, once 3.8.2 has been released, it would be great if you could let us know whether the issue has been resolved or still persists.

On MIDI track, effect: reverb, toggle off and toggle on results in the effect dropping out and not working (Does the same on other effects).

Can’t adjust any parameters and they all go to 0. Must select a new effect and go back to reverb (who whatever effect that it happens to) to get it to work again.

I’ll test it out again once the update drops and will let you know.
