When I try to register free content in Cubasis 3.8 I get the error message “No Internet Connection”
I tried several Wifi networks as well as cellular data. When I access the help menu I also get the error message “Webseite nicht verfügbar

My device is a Google Pixel 6 with Android 16 (BP4A.251205.006) and Cubasis 3.8
I get the same error when clicking the help button (? top right) Samsung 24 ultra
Same (samsung tab s11)
Seems like the link adress was corrupted in the app with the new update.
Worked fine before the update.
As a workaround, please access the Cubasis help using the following links for now:

Thanks. I mentioned the help issue mostly because I think it could be related to the connection error. Not being able to access Roomworks & LoFi piano is the more urgent matter.

Access to the registration page for downloading the Roomworks and LoFi Piano plug-ins should now be restored. Please check and confirm.
The blank help page issue will be addressed in the next update.
