SOLVED: Re-licensing assistance (not actually needed as it turns out)

Hello all,

I am in the somewhat common situation of needing to re-license Dorico, or so I’ve learned after reading every thread I could find.

I have a licensed version of Dorico Pro 3.5, but open opening it after a Windows update, I get the “No license was found. Click Enter Activation Code to launch eLicenser Control Center and enter your Activation Code” message.

This is well and good, but I’m having a miserable time logging into MySteinberg right now. Is something down on the site?

I am specifically following the instructions found here https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/206530004

Have you followed these instructions? https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/206083744-Windows-10-upgrade-or-update-disables-Soft-eLicenser

The chances are you don’t need anything as drastic as a reactivation.

I’ll give it a try, thanks for the link. I’ll be back with an update.

Problem solved. Thanks, Leo!
