When doing mixing you need to adjust the master bus plugins frequently. Having to scroll al the way to the end of the mixer to open the master bus gets old. It would be really helpful to have a button on the toolbar to accès the master bus plugins a lot quicker.
Ideally we should have an option to ‘pin’ the master bus to the right side of the screen so it stays in place when scrolling the tracks in the mixer.
That would work too. I just want a better solution.
I second that request ![]()

In Cubase the master fader is already pinned to the right side of the mixer, it is often necessary to view the master output levels in Cubasis whilst mixing, when the project is large it means having to swipe the channel faders left to reach the master just to ensure that the level doesn’t become overloaded and then swipe back to make any adjustments but this also causes accidental selection of other channels in the process and the Labels on the bottom of each channel are too small read, so yes, I hope @LSlowak considers this important request.

Hmmm,
it seems like there is not so much interest for this single important feature ![]()

Important UI features don’t sell products. Youtube influencers, shills that are happy to get scraps like dogs, and new instruments do :)))
I’m interested.. I’d like this as well. In fact I think workflow features would sell the product more. Word of mouth about how fun and easy working in cubasis would be a selling point in its self
Don’t forget to vote if you want this feature. It lets them know people care about it.
Noted and soon… ![]()
Hi Lars,
Fantastic news ![]()
Mike
Hi @fixitmania53, Hi all,
Cubasis 3.8.5 has been released, together with a number of other app updates (find out more here).
We always try to keep features as intuitive as possible, and the newly added Pin Output Channels feature is no exception. That said, simplicity can sometimes make a feature less obvious to find.
Here’s a short video showing exactly where to find it and how it works.
We hope you enjoy Cubasis 3.8.5 and the other releases from today.
And if you like the updates, we’d greatly appreciate a rating on the App Store or Google Play.
Best regards,
Lars
Hi Lars,
This is fantastic and a 200% improvement on mixing whilst keeping an eye on the Master output levels no matter how many channels are being used at the same time![]()
Thank you and your excellent team for these mega updates, it’s made the best DAW on iOS even better.
