(SOLVED) Some keys not working on external keyboards Cubasis 3.8.3

Hi there, i have iPad M3 with Cubasis 3.8.3 - some keys are not working - the spacebar for play and the up/down keys to select tracks. Most others working. There’s a few others not working too.

I have an Omoton Bluetooth keyboard (double checked its set to iOS), and an apple white usb full keyboard, neither will start play or select tracks.

I’ve tried Cubase and default shortcuts in the app.

I’ve also checked settings in the iPad settings - set to UK but tried it on US.

Space and arrow keys work fine with the Apple Bluetooth keyboard we’re testing with.

However, there is a known issue where after loading a project, the track list needs to be touched / tapped once in order for keyboard shortcuts to work.

Are you maybe running into this issue?

I have just found that “full keyboard access” was switched on in accessibility control panel, I’ve no idea why - switching off has solved the problem.
