I was not sure if I should write to Arturia first or post in here, but here we go.
I just got Arturia FX Collection 5 on a sale and wanted to test some of the effect plugins it in WL12 Pro. Weirdly, some of them appear twice. What does it mean, and how can I fix this?
Also, what do those 3 lines mean?

These are the VST3 plugins.
The others (without the 3 lines) are VST2 plugins.
Arturia installs both versions in parallel (and also AAX), which is why the plugins appear twice in the Plugin list.
Did I make the mistake of installing both types of plugins (VST2 and VST3)?
Any suggestions?
It’s not really a mistake, but VST2 is a pretty old and discontinued plug-in format so unless the VST3 version is causing you problems/bugs, use the VST3 version.
You can hide the VST2 versions in the Plug-In Preferences area if they bother you. See attached.
You can also manually delete the VST2 versions from your VST2 plug-in folder if they are not needed.
I’m on MacOS/Apple Silicon so I can’t really show you any VST2 versions but the attached image will show you how you can hide certain plug-ins:

EDIT: It worked. I followed your suggestion and the VST2 plugins are now gone from the list. Thanks!
