Not sure if this is a known issue, but I’m noticing randomly that some group folder tracks will not allow me to see volume automation. I select it and nothing happens. At first I thought it had to do with when I have sub-folder group tracks but I’m observing now that some of those work too. So it’s kinda random. Anyone else?
Yes, I’m having this too. Just came to see if there was a solution. Some Group Folder tracks don’t allow volume as the automation (defaults to mute, nothing changes when Volume selected, remains as previous selection) and others do, can’t see or recreate the difference.
Yeah I’m still having this too, and it’s hard to recreate the steps because it’s been completely random for me.

Actually, think I just figured it out by trial and error - but I’m sure this is still a bug.
When you convert a folder to Group Folder it defaults to Show Automation on the folder. This is when you can’t choose volume. If you untick Show Automation on folder, the Volume becomes available, and remains available even when re-ticking Show Automation on Group Folder.
