I installed yesterday N10. It runs well and now we must accommodate to new GUI.
I miss “LED” gain reduction for compressor in mix window, or open/close led at gate in same view…
But the thing I don’t like is that several windows now are not resizable, like export dialog window, or detect silence window. Why? In N8 I can see much more information than now.
In N8, dialog export starts with the name of file selected so you only have to type to get the name changed. Now you have to use the mouse to get it. It’s not a way to make the things better.
Why the order of tools now has changed? After 20 years using same scheme I don’t understand why to change it.
I think SB has tried to change things didn’t need to be changed to justify the update in some way.
