Some issues after upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10

I faced some issues after I upgraded my current Win 8.1 system to Win 10

  1. After upgrading Win 10 successfully, Sonivox Big Bang Universal Drums was deleted by Win 10 (a notice pop up saying it no longer compatible with Win10 and was deleted :frowning: )

  2. Upon loading Cubase 10.05 Pro, this error message pops up (Starting Cubase Pro error-01.jpg)
It says Soft Licenser doesn’t have enough permission to run properly. Please run LCC to fix this problem

  3. I run the eLicenser Control program, this error message pops up (Soft Licenser error message.jpg)
The Soft eLicenser stored on this computer seems to be altered in an unrecoverable way
Please contact your software vendor to solve this issue.

  4. The error in the eLicenser shows “red” in MP3 encoder & Cubase AI 8

  5. Cubase 10 Pro is able to run without issue and I also tried exporting to MP3 without issue
However this error messages keeps popping up whenever I start Cubase

The error is for Cubase AI 8 & MP3 Encoder, I have however upgraded to Cubase Pro 10.05
So I think this error is not affecting Cubase 10.05 but the error message keeps popping up.
Anyone can help with this?
Thanks alot in advanced

Start eLCC as administrator and trigger Maintenance, please.

Wow … that was easy
Thanks a million
