Some more Beaming questions

Hello, I’m on a MacBook Pro -

I searched around pervious topics and found things that are close - but I wasn’t able to figure out how/if there’s a global setting in notation library for this. I’m mostly in 3/8 and trying to find a global setting to beam 6 16th notes together. I have been selecting the notes, right clicking/beaming/beam together to achieve it. I have messed with various settings in the beaming groups in the notation library but I always feel like I’m sort of guessing when I look at most of those options! Is right clicking really the best way?

In addition to @jesele I think entering the time signature as [3]/8 gives you those unsplitted secondary beams too, so you can switch halfway your piece

Thank you for this. I have never used the beam grouping option thing - I will need to look into it. I was just using the factory options.

Be careful with the [ ] option; it removes some notation rules;
