I have a work copied in Dorico for marimba that uses a lot of tremolo and was happy when playing back that the rolls sounded good, until they got to a certain configuration that seems to involve whole or half notes that are tied to shorter notes don’t play the tremolo. Ok, so I untied them and they played back. When I tried to export the file as mp3 it played back until it got to the long note tremolos which for some reason just played a single note on each beat.
I tried it again, exporting as mp3 but now , using windows media player, no playback at all. Tried exporting as wav and got the follow (see pics).
