If you are hoping to get some different advice from what it tells you to do then you’ll at least need to say when you get this message what o/s you’re on etc, etc.

Could it be you have an unclaimed Grace period update on your current Cubase version?
i think so did buy steinberg and a trial version before but will the steinberg support team remove the bug error?

How do you have a Cubase 11 trial download access code?..this software is not available any more. Cubase is on version 14, Nuendo is on version 13.
If you have unused trial download access codes from 4 years ago it’s not surprising they don’t work.

What does a Cubase 13 have to do with it when you listed a bunch of older softwares before.

yes i try to install and activate my old steinberg software with my old serial number
Ok…you need to follow the steps listed here. You cannot reactivate the old trials though.
