Something wrong with the SKI remote extension zipfile?

Tried to download the SKI remote extension for windows 10 64 bit, it’s empty my computer says, can’t seem to get it downloaded properly in different browsers…the ZIPfile is visible in my downloadfolder, but faulty…I download from the official steinberg website…

Any ideas?

I have just tried to download the file from here and I have got 11MB file.
