Songwriter Essentials Kits/Patters won't load.

I recently purchased and downloaded the Songwriter Essentials - VST Sound Instrument Set. I installed the software using all of the defaults. When I open Groove Agent in Cubase it sees the drum kit and the patterns. When I select a pattern it appears to try and load it (I see a VERY brief message saying it is loading) but nothing loads. I get the same result when running Groove Agent 4 as a standalone application. All other kits that came with Groove Agent are operating properly.

  • Windows 10, most current updates
  • Cubase Elements 9 Version 9.0.40, Build 292 (64 bit)
  • Groove Agent 4.0.10.159 (64 bit)

The following files are in the \Users.…\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound folder after the installation:

ADD_SMT242_Songwriter_Essentials_Presets.vstsound
ADD_SMT243_Songwriter_Essentials_Presets.vstsound

Groove Agent 4.2.40 is required in order to load the kits. Please install the newest update that you can download here: Groove Agent 4 Updates

Thank you for the quick response. That solved the problem. I like when the answers are easy, I am embarrassed I didn’t figure it out myself.
