hello, i recently upgraded into cubase 9.5 and i get this annoying issue every time i select or click a different (audio) track of my project,
sounds dissapears for a second or so while clicking

I expect you have a default settings, the track is Arm Recorded, when you select it. So once you select a new track, the original one is deselected, and it switches from “live-mode” to the “playback-mode”. So there is different Buffer-Size and memory handling. And the opposite is true for the new selected track. It switches from the “playback-mode” to the “live-mode”.
yes, when i click the new track it becomes record-enable and the other one deselects,
Could I avoid that and hear the continous playback ?

Try to disable this preferences: Editing > Project & MixConsole > Enable Record on Selected Audio Track & Enable Record on Selected MIDI Track.
