My playback does not work, I get a pop up notification before Dorico opens that reads “An essential component used by Dorico for playback has not been found”. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed twice. Each time I get a green check mark stating that the installation was successful. Any help getting my sound to play on Windows?

Looks like you didn’t install the sound content for Dorico. From the Steinberg Download Assistant, you’ll find the installer here:

If you did install the sounds, could you please run Steinberg Library Manager and enlarge the window so that it’s big enough to show all of the libraries installed, then post a screenshot here?
