Sound level isssues

I have the UR 22 using a pro snake TPM6 cable and Rode Pocaster mic and recording to Audacity.
the problem I am having is low sound levels even with the gains turned up full it peaks at -18, then when I play it back the level is too low.
how can i change this and get it to optimum levels

Hi,

Isn’t the RØDE Podcaster an USB mic? If yes, then you are not using UR22 as an Audio Device.

please help my guys, i got no no sound in the right ear, my UR-28M is only recording in left channel.

Looks like XLR cabkibg to me based on the cable he quoted…

But yes, if that is the mic, its USB only.
