Sound Loop Sets

Is there a way of ‘re-downloading’ my sound loop sets? I bought 2 sets last year. I saved them on to a DVD as suggested but have since changed pc’s and wiped the pc I downloaded the sets on to. Unfortunately the DVD is corrupted and I cannot access the sets! I have sent a support ticket but not had a response? The receipts for the sets are listed in my ‘My Steinberg’ but there is no download section. Anyone have any ideas?
