Sound Radix Pi VST3 greyed out

Hi There,
I am trying to trial Sound Radix Pi, but Cubase 14 has vst3 greyed out and the VST2 version doesn’t show up as available either.
The plugin has been authorised in iLok and works with my other sequencers and in WaveLab 12.
I installed Cubase 14 on a second PC and Pi worked there as expected.
It looks to me like there is some corruption with my install, or some log somewhere.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Cubase 14 twice now with no luck.
Any thoughts on what I might try would be appreciated.
win 11 pro, 64GB RAM, RayDAT TotalMixFX.

works just fine for me both on PC and mac. maybe there is just 1 machine demo license? for the full version you can run 2 machines for sure. VST2 do not work on mac and is not enabled by default on Cubase 14 pc.. you could enable VST2 to check it

Where is it greyed out?

It was greyed out in the VST Plugin Manager of Cubase 14.
I finally found that it was set to Hide in the ‘Info’ tab.
Unhiding it, it now works (as it always would have) as it should.
Dumb and Dumber!
