Soundfonts on Cubase 9

Hi everyone! First time posting.

I’m currently looking for a way to play Chrono Trigger soundfonts on Cubase Elements 9. I tried incorporating some soundfont players but the links people recommended either were taken down or the players themselves were blacklisted on Cubase. Does anyone know what I can do?

Can NI Kontakt Player load SF files by any chance? I know, Kontakt can do so but I’m not sure with the Player version.
