Hi Back on the trial of the missing plugins. Soundtoys won’t respond to my emails, so asking here incase anyone has a solution or similar experience. The iLok licenses are installed yet on ST website it says ‘No active licenses installed’. Thanks
How long have you given ST to reply?
They have typically replied within a week when I asked for support. I’m not sure anyone here can suggest anything since it appears this is an issue with SoundToys.
I seem to remember you posted another thread about this recently.
The plugins showing up on Ilok does not mean they are installed on your system. Have you downloaded and installed the plugins on your machine?
Also, have you checked that the plugins are activated on Ilok?
Open the Ilok app, sign in and right-click on each of the soundtoys plugins. You’ll see a dropdown menu with (among other things) the option to activate or deactivate. Click activate for each one.
Turns out I was ripped off. I paid another user for the licenses unaware the they weren’t transferable.

Thanks for the link. I purchased used from an ebay seller about two or three years ago. Unfortunately I didn’t ‘t get his personal email or iLok numbers, but I did register them with a newly purchased iLok at the time. ST didn’t recognize the ID number sent them, though I didn’t provide the Ilok serial, but they did say unless I had the seller’s email they would be unable to process. I did manage to locate an email with the sellers name however. I did email him but gained no response. I’ll forward his name if I have further issues. Thanks for you help. G
