Space bar as pause return?

I want to preview a clip on a track and apply a n EQ.
On my old cubase 4,5 the space bar would pause then return to the previous cue point so I could audition it over and over.

How can I get that configured again?

Use numeric 0 instead.

Or, if you want to jump back to start position directly on stop, check “Return to Start Position on Stop” in Preferences->Transport.
