Spacing gap after aggregate dashed barline

Can anyone help me understand the spacing inconsistency between bars 1 and 2, and between bars 3 and 4? There are no note-spacing adjustments, and the systems aren’t overfilled. Curiously, deleting the repeat barlines produces more consistent spacing. Disabling repeat tracking in Notation Options doesn’t have an effect.

Interesting.Actually deleting the start repeat barlines is sufficient.

It’s maybe something to do with this?

Those distances look too big also, I’d say (compare with the 2nd flow without start repeat barlines):

And it looks like they’re reproduced in those bars after the dashed barline…

Just a guess!

Interesting, the issue does seem to be caused by the start repeat barline: all automatically-generated dashed barlines within the same aggregate bar have the same widened gap.

It seems that adding an explicit dashed barline closes the gap, but changes the barline joins.
