There seems to be a bug that spacing doesn’t scale properly when your rehearsal mark is set to an ‘absolute’ size. Any way to fix this (so it scales correctly over the difference layouts)?

You could set the enclosure to none under Engraving Options→Rehearsal Marks and try to add a border in the Rehearsal Marks Paragraph Style instead. Not sure if it helps, though.
