Spacing not working / Instrument switch not shown

Hi all,

I have two question that are in the same staff.

First of all, the E-Bass player needs to change from E-Bass to Double Bass after the F#. For some reason, this is not shown, until the point where the Double Bass starts playing.

I only get this very little symbol here when the Cb starts playing.

Second:
The information text for the singer on top interferes with the bass note line. It does not automatically solve this problem (only happens here). There is a system break above it, which has plenty space, so these two instruments could just be a bit further away, to fit the text in there.

you have different options on how to visualise the Instrument Changes an IC Warnings in Layout Options, for the desired layout:

when such collisions occur, probably your Music Frame is overfilled, or you deactivated Avoid Collisions for text. Please upload your project here so we can have a look and find a solution quickly without guessing.
