I recently upgraded to Elements V10.5 but I am having difficulty getting Cubase to find the speakers which are connected to the PC. In Elements V7, I just used to go to VST connections and map the speakers. I think in V10.5 I should be able to find it in the Studio menu, but it only gives me the option to connect the PC monitor speakers, not the external ones. Any ideas?

speakers / audio interface is : studio → audio connections (F4 is shortcut)
Ensure you have the correct audio driver selected. Cubase sends audio to the selected driver, which controls the hardware that connects to speakers.

In general, you don’t connect the speakers, you connect the Audio Device (ASIO driver). So what Audio Device (and driver) do you use, please?
