Specialized notation

Three issues for which I have been unable to determine solutions:

1. In measure 16 of the music in the attached file, two soprano voices are both slurring. I’d prefer having both voices show slurs, but Dorico only gives one. Putting them in separate voices did not resolve the issue.

2. In measure 76, the sixteenth rest should precede the sixteenth B note. I’m probably missing a setting somewhere.

3. In the last three measures of the composition, caesuras should appear on selected staves with fermatas on the remaining staves. How to do that?

You can just add a second slur and flip it (F)…

Set the rhythmic grid to semiquavers. Select the rogue note and hit alt-right arrow, to move it…

With difficulty. Dorico requires that Fermatas appear on all staves. So you would have to fake it. There are a number of threads detailing ways to do this.
