Spectral Loops click in Halion 7 but not in PadShop 2

Hi everyone!
I just started looking at Halion’s Spectral oscillator and noticed something curious (for me anyway). When you drop a sound into PadShop2 and set a sample loop you can get a clean loop very quickly - as if the loop was in the cleaned up spectral data and not the original waveform. This is an excellent thing.

But you don’t get the same luxury in Halion where I can hear some nasty clunks in the spectral playback without much effort. Does this mean that Halion adds the loop and only then does the maths? If that’s the case I’ll probably stick with PadShop2 most of the time - it just saves a lot of fiddling. Thanks for any advice.
