SpectraLayer Go as compared to ver 9

I’m almost totally unfamiliar with this software. I did have Ver 9 which on the splash screen said SpectraLayers One. Now it appears that with Cubase ver 15 I’m getting SpectraLayer Go (ver 12). Is there any significant improvement in the “Go” version? I’d like to start playing around with it but if it’s the same as Ver 9 then I may just pass.

I have nothing to base my opinion on other than just opening them both up and clicking around. No real first hand use.

´Go´ is the new ´One´

This is annoying , I have Spectrallayers 11 Pro but Go has replaced it in Cubase.

I uninstalled Go and reinstalled 11 pro and now my project won’t load.

Try to find the vst3 file that corresponds with ”Go”. Cubase opens that when calling for the ARA extension.

Ditch that vst3 file and reinstall SL Pro after that. Cubase will now call for the right ARA extension.
