To people using Windows 11 (and possibly for Win 10), here’s what I did to stop crashes on 5070Ti 16GB when unmixing everything including Sax/Brass:
I can’t vouch for cards with lower amounts of VRAM. I suspect VRAM compression could be an issue, as well as “TdrDelay” (the delay time before the OS thinks an application under high GPU load has crashed, thereby forcing it to crash). Increasing this value to “16” (decimal) in the system registry helped me, as well as the other tweaks.
