SpectraLayers 8 Pro - Unninstalling 7

I am assuming it is totally fine to uninstall SpectraLayers 7 that comes
with Nuendo 11, after purchasing SpectraLayers 8 Pro, and not losing any functionality.

If I am wrong please let me know because it is an extra
627 MB of unused data that we don’t need in the main system drive.

EDIT: assumption #2 is that Steinberg leaves SpectraLayers 7 installed,
just in case the buyer for some reason uninstalls SpectraLayers 8 Pro, and
so everything remains unchanged from the original Nuendo 11 and components.
