Page inaccessible when purchasing a Spectralayers crossgrade (when placing in cart): is there a way to purchase it otherwise ?
We’re sorry for the current unavailability of the crossgrade in our new shop. We have just switched to a new e-commerce partner and one of the things that still remains to be done after the move is the handling of products that require special verification of eligibility, including crossgrades and educational licenses.
We expect the verification process to be in place very soon, so we ask for your continued patience as we work to restore these products to our shop. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Yes, Thierry, we can do that. If you run Steinberg Activation Manager on your computer and click the “refresh” button in the top right-hand corner, you’ll find that your SpectraLayers Pro 10 trial has now been extended to the end of November, so you will have plenty of time to buy a crossgrade before it expires.

Greg, it looks to me as if your trial will expire on 19 November, and there will be plenty of time before that to buy the crossgrade. The new purchase process should be in place within a couple of days. If it’s not, and we’re getting close to your trial’s expiry date, let me know and I’ll be happy to take care of it.
Thanks, appreciate the prompt response. I was on the fence about upgrading my Izotope Mix and Master Bundle to the Music Production Suite rather than just upgrading in place. If you accepted Ripx as a competing product I’d be in business. But if I upgraded to the more extensive bundle I’d have it covered anyway from RX10.
But I’ve previously gotten burned from them having a lower price on Black Friday than their other sales so I was going to wait till then. But it’s only a 4 day window so so that probably works. Know I want SL, just looking to save a bit where I can…
